"Why does this represent you?"

"This photo was taken at the border of Cambodia and Vietnam. How I ended up there was because I decided to go on an internship to Cambodia for 5 months during my final year of school. At the border, you can choose to go to Vietnam or Cambodia. Each road would take you on a different journey altogether. Similarly, in my own life, I was given the option to either go to Cambodia or continue my last semester in school. I chose to go to Cambodia. The internship led me to rethink my career options and what I wanted to do in life. After graduating from university, I went on to search for jobs in the community development sector and eventually landed myself in an NGO. If I did not decide to go to Cambodia, I would not have been where I am today."
